getAbstract and EPAM Win Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Award
getAbstract announced that its submission with EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading digital transformation and product engineering company, was awarded the Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Silver award for excellence in the Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy category.
getAbstract worked with EPAM to develop and deliver a comprehensive, integrated employee learning content program that enhances and supports business leadership and soft skills development with full access to the getAbstract library. Adding getAbstract’s content enhances EPAM’s learning and development digital library to include more than 25,000 text- and audio summaries. Before including getAbstract’s content, the EPAM Digital Library only provided access to full-text books and learning materials. EPAM uses getAbstract resources to help engage and encourage learners to turn knowledge into action. Apps on mobile devices, audio playlists and podcast summaries provide learners with a fast and effortless way to stay current on critical business topics.
“It’s an honor to partner with agile learning programs like the one at EPAM,” said Thomas Bergen, CEO and Co-Founder at getAbstract. “And celebrating the success of their global learning initiatives with a win in Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management Excellence Awards is just a wonderful bonus for our partnership.”
“We were looking for a content partner to help enrich our educational library,” said Irina Kureichyk, Director, Learning and Development at EPAM Systems.
We wanted to help our employees streamline their learning journeys and help them make better informed decisions about relevant reading materials. getAbstract helped us reach this goal by offering easy-to-access, well-written book summaries.
